I opened the freezer and found Pork BBQ.. left over potatoes and peas.. tha's it... that's all I have energy for today!!! I'd say about now .. you are saying.. seriously.. she eats Horrible! Does she ever REALLY cook!!! LOL !! So .. here's the deal.. I don't like to go to the grocery store.. and I send a grocery list to the store with Karl because he is really in to going to Aldi, Beuhlers and just plain shopping every day after work.. SO. .I send him.. BUT I have to realize that most of the things I want he chooses not to buy right now... yup thats right... if its not a good price.. he just doesn't get it.. so like last night... I substituted, the recipe called for fresh cilantro and he didn't get that so I had to choose dried.. (and there is NO comparison) and I needed red peppers and had to use canned roasted red peppers...regular onions for instead of red onions... again no comparison.. so I have to use what is here.. or go to the grocery myself .. I Hate Grocery shopping! Actually I hate shopping ! I'm waiting on the day I can just send a list with my grandkids like My grandmother did!!! LOL ... but Karl does a really good job.. and I wont argue with him.. but he can't argue with what goes on the table.. LOL !!!
Now .. to figure out how many points supper was. !

About This Recipe
Ingredients
o
1 reduced fat graham
cracker crust
o
1 (1/16 ounce) package
sugar-free lime gelatin
o
1/4 cup boiling water
o
1 (8 ounce) containers
fat-free whipped topping
o
2 (6 ounce) key lime
pie yogurt
Directions
1.
In
a large bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
2.
Stir
in yogurt with wire whisk.
3.
Fold
in whipped topping with wooden spoon.
4.
Spread
in crust.
5.
Refrigerate
for at least 2 hours.
