Breakfast ... I made an egg and sausage casserole and didn't add the cheese to it to save points!!! no need adding points when I don't have to! Although cheese Always is much yummier it is also Much points!!!
Egg and sausage casserole... guessing up at 8 points
Lunch; 1/2 cup of low fat cottage cheese 2 points
1/2 cup manderine oranges 0 points
1/2 cup pumpkin with butter 1 point
Snack: when I got home from work Karl was outside blowing and sucking up leaves and wasn't ready to eat yet so I had to do something before I ate the whole house before supper! So I had a
piece of toast with a tbs of homemade grape jelly. 4 points ouch!!!!
Supper: I had a spaghetti pie in the freezer... since I didn't get anything in the crock pot or have anything in mind for supper and I was so hungry ... I pulled out of the freezer! It is so nice to have freezer meals in ready to eat in just minutes!!! so I guessed at this too... 11 points just about done for the day! Although I haven't had near the amount of fruits and veggies that I should have had today.. Thats probalby why I am so hungry after work!! I didn't take enough to sustain! I'll have to remember that....
After FPU .. starving again .. so I ate an apple at about 8:30 ... then at 10 my stomach was growling so bad .. I knew if I didn't eat I'd be up a lot in the night... so I had a 1/2 cup raisin bran with 1/2 cup milk ( I had had no dairy in 3 days other than the 1/2 cup cottage cheese that morning. 7 points.. YES that's considered ... way over the points .. I have GOT to be better about planning ... This will not work if I don't plan better!
33 points for the day... and 7 of them right at bed time... Yikes.... tomorrow is another day!
