Day 3

Awe.. another day!  I started out getting ready for work as usual 3 days a week!   My first thoughts are what am I going to take for Lunch..  breakfast..  I need to do something easy to fix and something I can do in a hurry.. because of course I hadn't made something the night before!!!  Tonight I hope to fix a nice salad to take with me tomorrow.. because I do believe my breakfasts and lunches are killing my points...  I really need to cut  down on the points earlier in the day...  because I am not eating enough for supper and I get hungry too soon after supper.   Although I am only eating a piece of fruit or pieces ..  as the case may be with Grapes.

Today's menu...
  same as yesterday for breakfast eggs and sausage 7 points
I had 2 figs instead of an apple or grapes...  2 points

Lunch was the leftover pork and rice soup... 8 points
grapes  0 points

Snack :   Kashi bar   3 points

AND after work I got to go to Smuckers for a Taste Panel ...  I tasted  Strawberry preserves, red raspberry preserves, honey spread, hot fudge Sunday topping,  with Saltines... I'm going to say that was only  2 crackers all together 1 point and who knows what all the stuff I tasted was.. but I only tasted and threw the rest away...   so probably not more than 1 point.

Supper was Chicken teriyaki  with about 3 oz chicken in Sauce 5 points
Pumpkin squash with butter 1 point...

So far I'm over 1 every day.. Good thing I have 49 points to pull from if I need them!!!!  Looks like I need them!!!  

Again another day of no exercise... I'll get back to that tomorrow when I'm not still sore!!!!  hahahha

Some days I think I should get points for all the stuff I passed and Not ate...  Of course you can say.. ~ you get points by not gaining the weight that you'd add if you ate all the stuff you pass on~ . but I could argue -I would have eaten it last week and still stayed the same weight -...   but I know its just not really helping matters if I eat something here and there and not write it down.. Guess that's the POINT right?   =D    I passed up YUMMY  Faithful little cupcake today.. yesterday I passed up yummy coffee creamer AND Christmas tree Reese candy... I know.. life is FULL of choices..  some good choices .. lots of bad.. and thats how I am where I am!!!   =\ 
And the challenge goes on..  Yes.. I'm hungry now.. its 10:00 and I'm gonna eat an apple... NOT a cupcake or cookies.. or my favorite  chips and dip....  but yes.. I'm going to eat an apple!
