OH there are just some days I can't believe the time has flown by so fast!  I realized  that Hillary is now a year older than I was when we moved to Ohio.  I had a child in college and a 10th grader.  Wow .. that's hard to believe.   I felt like I was so much older than I feel she is.. lol.. of course my mom probably thought the same thing about me~ !  Karl is now 60 years old.  60 folks...   Yes that used to be old!   Today I talk with mom and dad at 78 years old and that's not old at all anymore.. Karl's parents are 82 and they aren't old ..not an old bone in their body.. Now that's not saying they don't have aches and pains.. but geesh.. I had aches and pains at 40 .  

 I have to get back on track... years are going by so fast.. there's no reason I can't do this!  Of course the only reason is I am to self indulging!  I want what I want when I want it!!!     Yvette has always been smaller than I ...  but she works at it on a daily basis...  Today she told me she was 132 ..  That is incredible!   I want to be 132... OK So today is the day!     I can't stand seeing pictures of me and I can't stand how I look ... trying on clothes, double chin, rings are tight.... being tired..... I am just so tired of being fat! All my life I have fought this fight... its time to take whip it!!!

Another reason to track what I eat and drink .. Migraines.. they seem to be coming more frequent now again...  for years I had more migraines than not in a month..  but went to the doctor and worked until we found med's that actually worked and now .. those are getting less and less helpful!

I do really well all day .. but lose it about 6 in the evening.. especially when Karl works nights...  I pick and snack and little of this and little of that.. before I know it I've eaten hundreds of calories and if I exercise I take Belle on a mile walk  or shorter...  I really need to 'step' it up!

Grandmother Foster lost a lot of weight .. Granddaddy always said it was just because she started drinking lots of Grapefruit juice..   he said she didn't do anything else... so that's a start!  I'm going to do that too !

Mom-mom was always on a diet of some sort...  she did Weight watchers,  she used that nasty saccharine stuff .. liquid form no less... YUCK!

chicken and zucchini  and squash mis-match... no butter ,  no fat added

Supper :  I haven't decided yet.. probably an omlet.  I'll return later with what I decide on!

Tuesday  1/12 :
    So.. I got home last night and I'm hungry and have a migraine... so I eat a cookie.. and it goes down hill from there.... so much for my First day of being good...    ok ..  I pulled out something from the freezer.. it turned out to be chicken and dressing,  I ate that...  One thing you need to know.. when you have a migraine it triggers eating because for some reason it seems to be better when your tummy is full because if you don't have anything on your stomach you want to barf...  sorry but its true.    So I age another 2 cookies and then had some Trail mix.. not much but some...

Today ..  hot cocoa for breakfast.. instead of coffee and creamer..  I will have a grapefruit to go along with that..
